On The Road
When We're Out and About
Even though catering larger events is where my heart is, I still want to share my food with as many people as possible. So, once in a while we'll take our show on the road.
Keep an eye out for us at some of the local events like Farmer's Markets, Food Truck Rallies, Car Shows, and other community events. Also be sure to check our Event Schedule because you never know when or where we may pop up.

For the kids in all of us we have a whole line up of flavored syrups and soda combinations

We have some very special drink recipes that pay homage to history and other cultures from around the world
Main Dishes
Sandwiches like Sloppy Joes, Cheesesteaks, and pulled pork. We might even throw some deli meats out there for the heck of it
Barbecued and fire roasted meats like brisket, ribs, chicken, turkey, and pork chops
Some days call for a good old fashioned Wisconsin Tavern style fish fry, others might scream for steamed crab or grilled shrimp
Sides
We're not big on using deep fryers but once in a while we'll bring it out because we're craving that crunch
There's no question that we're all about the meats, but you gotta have some good vegetables to go with them. Oh, and you can't forget about the potatoes
It's amazing what can be called a salad these days. Just throw a bunch of stuff into a big bowl, add some sort of liquid, and give it a stir and boom, you've got a salad. We've gotten lucky with some of our experiments and they go pretty well with the rest of our menu
